Terms of use

These terms are between you and P Felix Malayappa (an individual), Royal Embassy, VS Acharya Road, Vidyaratna Nagar, Manipal, District Udupi, Karnataka, India 576 104 ("we").

What Clarity is

Clarity is a self-assessment tool. The report reflects your own answers scored against the ORI-P instrument. It is not an audit, a certified rating, or legal, financial or management advice. Decisions you take on the basis of it are yours.

Using it

Give true answers about an organisation you are entitled to speak for. Do not try to disrupt the service. We may change or stop the service, and will not offer a paid product without stating its price first.

The Detailed Report

When we offer it, the Detailed Report costs INR 2,499 one time, paid by UPI, and is unlocked after we confirm the payment. No GST is charged while we are not registered for it. See Refunds.

The optional Debrief

A Debrief is an optional conversation. The range is INR 25,000 to INR 75,000, agreed with you in writing before anything is booked.

Our responsibility

We give the service as it is and work to keep it accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on a self-assessment score. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Law

Indian law applies.
